2. Use of Content.

The content of this file storage is protected by copyright and trademark laws and is the property of the user, provided that the archived documents do not violate any legislative regulations.

3. Limitation of Liability.

The file storage manager will not be liable in any case for damages arising from the use or inability to use the materials of the file storage, nor for the loss of files stored therein for damages arising from hacker attacks, computer system failure and data loss due to ordinary or extraordinary events. Upon request, it will be possible to make backups to minimize any losses.

4. Revisions and Errors.

The file storage is subject to updates, which may include technical, typographical or photographic errors. The file storage operator guarantees the resolution of such errors as maintenance of the file storage.

The data will remain until the user cancels, the published posts will remain within the blog, but they will no longer refer to the author, but to an anonymous author.

7. Removing posts.

It is not allowed to archive documents with political content, that praise racism, religious extremism, politics, homophobia, xenophobia, anti-Semitism or more generally, to illicit or illegal content, to the use of images with illicit content, that violate privacy, images of offensive satire. In these cases the blog manager is authorized to remove all the file storage without his authorization and if necessary the user will be reported to the competent authorities.
